We are looking for an experienced and motivated Human Resources Specialist to join our team in a Manufacturing Environment.
The ideal candidate should have 1
years of experience in a Human Resources role and be proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities:
o Supports, maintains and continuously improves HR programs at the site.
o Recruiting/Employment/Personnelo On-Boarding / Off-Boardingo Employee/Retiree benefitso Employee Engagemento Miscellaneous administrative functionso Acts as liaison to provide counsel among the company, employees, program providers and/or government agencies, resolving issues, seeking guidance, providing information, ensuring compliance with regulations to advance overall working relationships, increase productivity, engagement, employee development and employee relations issues.
o Administers and optimizes various HR programs and processes to support the employee life cycle.
o Recommends training and development opportunities to address gaps identified by management, supervisors and/or employees.
Qualifications & Skills:
o Associates Degree Requiredo 1
years' experience In a Human Resources role Preferredo 1
years' experience Manufacturing Environment Preferredo Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects Requiredo Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite Requiredo Excellent oral and written communication skills Requiredo Ability to multi-task and maintain organization - strong organizational skills and problem-solving skills Required Recommended Skills Administration Communication Coordinating Human Resources Labor Relations Manufacturing Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
